We define the scope—demo (if needed), footings, framing, decking material, railing style, stairs, and any lighting/trim add-ons—then align on budget, lead times, and install dates. Permits coordinated where required.
We prep the area, set footings to proper depth, and establish elevations for a deck that feels level and drains correctly. Ledger attachment and flashing details are handled carefully to protect the home.
We build the frame, install joists, beams, and posts, then complete decking, stairs, and railings with clean cuts and consistent spacing. Structural integrity and code-aligned details come first.
We clean the site, check railings/stairs, confirm fit-and-finish, and walk the completed deck with you. Care notes and basic maintenance guidance included based on the material selected.
