New floors installed flat, clean, and built to last—tight seams, smooth transitions, and a finish that feels premium.

Overview
Flooring changes the entire feel of a space—when it’s installed correctly. We handle flooring installation with attention to the foundation details: proper subfloor prep, underlayment, expansion gaps, and clean transitions at doors, stairs, and adjoining rooms. Whether it’s LVP, hardwood, or tile flooring (as scoped), we focus on straight lines, tight joints, and a finished look that holds up to everyday traffic.
We review your current floors and subfloor condition, confirm material type and layout direction, and identify transitions, height changes, or moisture concerns that impact installation.
We finalize the scope—demo (if needed), subfloor prep, underlayment, transitions, trim work, and material acclimation—then align on timeline, staging, and access.
We remove existing flooring as scoped, then repair, level, and prep the subfloor so the new floor sits flat and performs correctly. This step prevents squeaks, gaps, and premature wear.
We install the flooring with consistent spacing and clean seams, then complete transitions, thresholds, and trim as needed. We keep lines straight and finishes tight at walls and around fixtures.
We clean the space, review the finished floor with you, and provide care notes for your specific material (cure times, cleaning, felt pads, and maintenance).
