We finalize the scope—demo (if needed), subfloor prep, underlayment, transitions, trim work, and material acclimation—then align on timeline, staging, and access.
We remove existing flooring as scoped, then repair, level, and prep the subfloor so the new floor sits flat and performs correctly. This step prevents squeaks, gaps, and premature wear.
We install the flooring with consistent spacing and clean seams, then complete transitions, thresholds, and trim as needed. We keep lines straight and finishes tight at walls and around fixtures.
We clean the space, review the finished floor with you, and provide care notes for your specific material (cure times, cleaning, felt pads, and maintenance).
