Doors installed to fit right, seal tight, and operate smoothly—clean trim, solid hardware, and weatherproof details.

Overview
A door should feel solid, close cleanly, and keep the outside out. We handle door installation with a focus on alignment, sealing, and finish details—so you don’t deal with drafts, sticking, light gaps, or water issues later. From entry doors to patio sliders (as scoped), we prep the opening, set the unit plumb and square, integrate flashing at the sill, and finish trim for a clean, consistent look.
We confirm rough opening size, swing direction, threshold height, and hardware needs. We also check for out-of-square framing, water intrusion, or trim conditions that could affect the install.
We align on door type (entry, patio, interior as scoped), material, glass, security/lockset, and trim approach. Then we finalize lead times, timeline, and any permit requirements.
We protect the interior/exterior work area, remove the existing door if needed, inspect the opening, and address any repairs so the new door installs correctly and seals properly.
We set the door plumb/level/square, shim for long-term stability, and complete sill/threshold waterproofing and air sealing. Hardware is installed and adjusted so operation is smooth and consistent.
We confirm latch alignment, lock function, and weatherstripping performance, then clean up and walk the completed install with you. Warranty and care notes provided for your records.
