Porches built with solid structure, clean lines, and details that elevate curb appeal and everyday comfort.

Overview
A well-built porch should feel like it belongs to the home—not like an add-on. As your porch builder, we manage the full build from layout and foundations to framing, finishes, and roof tie-ins (when applicable). We focus on the details that matter: proper footings, clean transitions at doors and siding, safe stairs and railings, and trim work that holds up to weather. The result is a porch that looks right, functions well, and lasts.
We review the entry, elevations, and how you want to use the space (open porch vs. covered). We take measurements, confirm size and layout, and identify any constraints that affect footings, roof tie-in, or access.
We define the scope—demo (if needed), footings, framing, porch flooring, stairs/railings, columns, ceiling/roof tie-in, and finish trim—then align on budget, lead times, and timeline. Permits coordinated where required.
We set footings to proper depth, establish elevations, and prep the connection points to the home. This phase sets the porch for stability, correct pitch/drainage, and a clean finished height at the door.
We frame the porch structure, install flooring, stairs, and railings, and complete columns and roof tie-ins as scoped. We keep lines straight, spacing consistent, and details tight around doors, trim, and siding.
We complete punch list items, tidy the site, and walk the finished porch with you—confirming safety, fit-and-finish, and water-shedding details. Care notes provided based on materials and finishes.
